  As an industry pioneer in PERSONAL COMPUTER TELEPHONY INTEGRATION (CTI), TELCOMP offers an ever expanding line of Caller ID, ANI or DNIS screen pop and dialing software products, aimed at small to medium sized businesses.

  This webpage is designed to disseminate basic information and product literature about our product lines, describing the Middleware software and Hardware which link sophisticated telephony features into your current database or Contact Management applications without any modification to your current application code. Basic product literature for Standalone and Network products is available for single, multiple line, and Key System Unit(KSU) or Private Branch Exchange (PBX) integration.

 
    The software component of this Middleware is named "ACTIVATE" for single line single user applications and "PICKUPS" for multi-line network applications. Both "ACTIVATE" and "PICKUPS" provide simple, cost effective PERSONAL COMPUTER INTEGRATION of CALLER ID, DIRECT INWARD DIAL (DID) for Answering Services, AUTOMATIC NUMBER IDENTIFICATION (ANI) or DIALED NUMBER IDENTIFICATION SERVICE (DNIS) with adjunct capture devices and various manufacturer's Key System Units or Private Branch Exchanges. (SEE MANUFACTURER SELECTION TABLE ON THIS PAGE) Several types of "ADJUNCT" specialty Caller ID/Computer Telephony hardware are also supported. We also offer consulting services in designing various Computer Telephony Integration features into both new and existing Software Applications.  

    TELCOMP'S PICKUPS middleware products enable almost ANY DOS, and MOST Windows Applications to receive, log, and use the Caller ID, ANI, or DNIS, data-bursts which are available throughout the US and Canada. Screen Pop interfaces for TERMINAL SERVICES, CITRIX, UNIX, LINUX, AS400 and HOSTED ASP type applications are also available.
